摘要
随着管道完整性管理的发展,埋地燃气管道的运营安全问题越来越受到有关部门的重视。为有效避免钢质燃气管道腐蚀及各类事故的发生,选择正确的钢质燃气管道防腐层检测技术对提高管道检测准确性十分必要。文中对Pearson、ACVG和DCVG三种检测技术的基本原理、优缺点和适用条件进行了对比,并通过现场检测开挖验证了三种方法的准确度和精确度,指出了选择防腐层检测方法的前提条件,为开展钢质燃气管道防腐层检测提供参考。
With the development of pipeline integrity management, the operation safety of buried gas pipeline has been paid more and more attention by relevant departments. In order to avoid the corrosion of steel gas pipeline and the occurrence of various accidents effectively, it is necessary to select the correct anticorrosive coating inspection technology of steel gas pipeline to improve the accuracy of pipeline inspection. The basic principle, advantages, disadvantages and applicable condition of three kinds of inspection technology with Pearson, ACVG and DCVG were compared. The accuracy and precision of three methods were verified by through field detection of excavation. The precondition for the selection of anticorrosive coating inspection methods were pointed out, which could be the reference for anticorrosive coating inspection of steel gas pipeline.
