血清PDGF、CEA和CA125联合检测在肠癌患者临床上的应用价值

Clinical Application of Serum PDGF, CEA and CA125 in Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的研究血清PDGF、CEA与CA125联合检测方法在肠癌患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2016年10月—2017年6月在该院就诊的肠癌患者共计54例,作为该次研究的观察组;测定血清PDGF、CEA及CA125水平,并与50名健康者作对照组,观察2组肿瘤标志物阳性检出率及血清PDGF、CEA、CA125联合检测对肠癌的敏感性。结果 54例肠癌患者血清CEA、CA125超出对照组63.6%、45.5%,血清PDGF低于对照组58.2%,3种肿瘤标志物联合检测的敏感性81.5%要比单一检测高,但特异性44.8%要比单一检测的低(P<0.05)。结论血清PDGF、CEA与CA125联合检测在肠癌中的诊断具有重要参考价值,可有效弥补单项检测存在的不足之处。

Objective This paper tries to study the clinical application value of serum PDGF, CEA and CA125 in the diagnosis of col-orectal cancer in patients. Methods 54 patients with colorectal cancer from October 2016 to June 2017 in this hospital were selected as the observation group; the serum PDGF, CEA and CA125 levels were detected, and 50 cases of healthy subjects were selected as the control group, the serum tumor markers positive detection rate and the sensitivity of the detection of PDGF, CEA, CA125 for col-orectal cancer were carried out. Results The serum CEA and CA125 of the 54 cases of colorectal cancer patients were higher than the control group of 63.6% and 45.5%, the serum PDGF is lower than the control group of 58.2%, the sensitivity of the three tumor mark-ers combined detection of 81.5%, higher than a single test, but the specificity was 44.8%, lower than a single test（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum PDGF, CEA and CA125 joint detection has important reference value in diagnosis of colorectal cancer, which can effec-tively make up for the inadequacy of single detection.
