地塞米松联合鼠神经生长因子治疗突发性耳聋

Dexamethasone Combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的集中探讨地塞米松联合鼠神经生长因子在突发性耳聋患者治疗过程中的临床疗效。方法纳入2014年4月—2017年4月因突发性耳聋于该院耳鼻喉科进行治疗的患者100例,按照随机分配的原则,其中接受常规治疗的50例患者为对照组,另50例在常规治疗基础上采用鼠生长因子肌注联合地塞米松静滴的患者为观察组,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者临床治愈率为36.4%、总有效率为85.5%,对照组患者的临床治愈率为25.0%、总有效率为64.0%,即观察组患者的临床治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组患者,且以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应的发生率(10.9%)小于对照组患者不良反应的发生率(17.2%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地塞米松联合鼠生长因子在治疗突发性耳聋患者的过程中可有效改的改善患处的血液微循环,同时减少治疗过程中的不良反应,具有积极的临床意义,可在临床治疗中推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical curative effect of dexamethasone combined mouse nerve growth factor on treatment of patients with sudden deafness. Methods 100 cases from April 2014 to April 2017 with sudden deafness treated in this hospital were selected, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of random distri-bution, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment; the observation group on the basis of the control group combined rat growth factor intramuscular injection and dexamethasone static drop, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The clinical cure rate in the observation group of patients was 36.4%,total effective rate was 85.5%, and that in the control group was 25.0%, total effective rate was 64.0%, so the observation group of patients with clinical cure rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than the control group, with statistically significant dif-ferences（P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.9%, less than the control group of 17.2%, with-out statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Dexamethasone combined rat growth factors in the process of treatment of sudden deafness patients can effectively improve the affected part of the blood microcirculation, and reduce the adverse reactions in the process of treatment, with positive clinical significance, which can be used widely in clinical treatment.
