Variations and Clinical Significance of the Branches of the Aortic Arch

主动脉弓及其分支的发育变异情况一直是外科与介入科关注的重点,主动脉弓与大血管的许多异常病变可通过影像学检查、解剖学实验室或外科手术过程中偶然发现。该文旨在分析主动脉弓及分支变异的发生情况与不同分型,进而探讨主动脉弓及其分支变异的解剖学特征及在临床诊疗过程中的重要意义,以期为血管疾病的诊断与治疗提供解剖学依据。

The developmental variation of the aortic arch and its branches has been the focus of attention of the surgical and interventional subjects. Many abnormal lesions of the aortic arch and large vessels can be accidentally discovered by imaging, anatomical laboratories or surgical procedures. This review aims to analyze the occurrence of aortic arch and branch variation and different types,and then to explore the anatomy of the aortic arch and its branch anatomical characteristics and to provide anatomical basis in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the vascular diseases.
