西藏新闻传播研究的历史、现状与未来——访周德仓教授

On the History,Current Status and Future of Tibet's News Communication Research——An Interview of Professor ZHOU De-cang

周德仓教授一直致力于新闻传播专业教学与中国少数民族新闻事业特别是西藏新闻传播事业、西藏文化传播的研究工作,出版了《西藏新闻传播史》《中国藏文报刊发展史》等多部填补国内外空白的学术著作。文章就西藏新闻传播的历史分期、古代西藏信息传播的几种主要形式、吐蕃时期及元明清时期西藏与祖国内地及南亚国家之间的信息传播媒介、交流方式及其特征,对"一带一路"倡议下新闻传播在沟通西藏与南亚诸国之间联系的启示及作用等方面采访了周德仓教授。周德仓教授还就藏文报刊生存现状及面临的挑战、西藏新闻传播事业与少数民族文化传承及经济社会发展之间的关系和西藏新闻传播研究与人才培养等问题提出见解。

Professor ZHOU De-cang has been committed to the journalism of China＇ s ethnic minorities and the teaching of journalism and communication as well as the research of Tibet＇ s news communication in particular, and has published many famous academic works, such as ＂History of Tibet＇ s Journalism and Communication＂ ＂History of China＇s Tibetan Newspapers and Periodicals＂, etc. This article contains the content of the interview of Professor ZHOU De- cang on the topics like the historical stages of Tibet＇ s news communication, the main forms of news communication in Tibet, the information dissemination media between Tibet and the mainland Chi- na, between Tibet and South Asia in ancient Tubo Period and during the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, the communication modes and characteristics, the role of news communication in the exchanges between Tibet and South Asian countries, etc. Moreover, Professor ZHOU De-cang presents his views on the status and challenges of Tibetan newspapers and periodicals, the relationship between news communication and the development of ethnic culture, economy and society, the research and personnel training of Tibet＇ s news communication and so on.
