论西藏创新生态系统的特征与维护

On the Construction and Maintenance of the Innovation Ecosystem in Tibet

文章依据西藏创新生态系统是创新主体、创新组织和创新环境等三要素紧密衔接、持续推进的动态运转特征,提出西藏创新生态系统的维护要着力培育新型创新要素、众多创新物种、多元创新组合方式、完善创新机制等建议。同时在创新生态系统维护中要切实掌控好高等院校、科研机构、公共管理服务部门和企业之间的关联紧密度,大力促进创新知识在产业链、创新链、金融链之间的融合扩散成效,持续推进空间平台搭建、创新主体培育、体制机制建设等工作。

As the innovation ecosystem in Tibet is continuously promoted by three elements, namely innovation subject, innovation organization and innovation environment, this article provides some suggestions for the main- tenance of the innovation ecosystem in Tibet, for instance, to cultivate new innovation elements, a variety of inno- vation species and multiple innovation combinations, to perfect innovation mechanism. It is also important to control the correlation between universities, research institutions, public management and service departments, and enterprises in the maintenance of innovation ecosystem, to promote the application of the innovative knowl- edge in industrial chain, innovation chain and financial chain, to construct space platform, to cultivate innova- tion subject, to construct institutional mechanism and so on.
