黄芪消肿汤对四肢长骨干骨折术后肿胀伴非感染性发热的效果分析

目的:探讨和分析黄芪消肿汤对四肢长骨干骨折术后肿胀伴非感染性发热的治疗效果。方法:80例四肢长骨干骨折术后肿胀伴非感染性发热患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规的降温方法进行治疗,研究组采用黄芪消肿汤进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组患者在发热持续时间与肿胀消退时间方面均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对治疗四肢长骨干骨折术后肿胀伴非感染性发热采用黄芪消肿汤治疗的效果较为显著,能够使患者的体温得到有效的降低,肿胀消除,促进患者的病情康复,具有很高的应用价值。

objective： to explore and analyze the root of remembranous milk vetch detumescence soup on postoperative swelling limbs long bone fracture with the therapeutic effect of non-infectious fever. Methods： 80 cases of postoperative swelling limbs long bone fracture with non-infectious fever patients, randomly divided into research group and the control group, 40 cases in each. Control group treated with the conventional cooling methods, the team using astragalus detumescence soup treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of pa-tients. Results： the patients with team in the duration of fever and swelling subsided time were significantly better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： postoperative swelling limbs long bone fractures treated with noninfectious fever with astragalus membranaceus detumescence soup treatment effect is significant, can reduce effectively the patient＇s body temperature, swelling elimination, promote the patient recover, has the very high application value.
