艾灸治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Moxibustion in Patients with Chronic Gouty Arthritis

目的:探讨艾灸对慢性痛风性关节炎的治疗作用。方法:72例慢性痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用中医艾灸治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为77.78%,观察组总有效率为94.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸可提高慢性痛风性关节炎患者中医辨证分型中药治疗的有效率。

Objective：To explore the effect of moxibustion to patients with chronic gouty arthritis. Metheds：72 patients with chronic gouty arthritis were divided randomly into control group and experimental group 36 patients respectively.The patients in control group were treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）dialectical types.But the patients in experimental group were treated by TCM dialectical types and moxibustion simultaneously. Results：The effective rate was 77.78% in control group,and it was 94.44% in experimental group（P0.05）. Conclusion：Moxibustion can improve the effective rate of treatment of patients with chronic gouty arthritis treated by TCM dialectical types.
