摘要
目的:优选壳聚糖絮凝沉淀法用于肾康合剂的最佳澄清工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验方法,以药液浓度、药液pH、壳聚糖加入量、搅拌时间为因素,以葛根素含量和干膏率为指标,优选最佳澄清工艺。结果:最佳澄清工艺为药液浓度为0.33g·mL^(-1),药液pH为4.5,壳聚糖加入量为1g·L^(-1),搅拌时间为0.5h。结论:壳聚糖絮凝法用于肾康合剂澄清工艺可行性强,能有效提高医院制剂的稳定性。
Objective:To optimize the clarification process of Shenkang oral solution by flocculating with chitosan. Methods:Orthogonal design method was used to study effect of four factors including liquid concentration、pH、the amount of chitosan and mixing time,with puerarin and extract rate as indexes to optimize the clarification process. Results:Optimum clarification process of chitosan flocculation sedimentation method was:the concentration of liquid 0.33 g·mL^(-1),pH 4.5,the addition amount of chitosan 1 g·L^(-1) and the mixing time 0.5 h. Conclusions:The chitosan flocculation sedimentation method was used for Shenkang oral solution feasibility and can improve the stability of hospital preparations.
