艾灸在糖尿病及其并发症治疗中的应用现状

The application status of moxibustion treatment and complication in diabetes

目前糖尿病爆发流行,糖尿病及其并发症严重危害人民健康,寻找简单经济有效的糖尿病治疗方法是我们急需解决的重要课题之一。近年来,众多临床研究均证实艾灸对糖尿病及其并发症的预防及治疗具有重要作用。本文综述了近年来艾灸治疗在糖尿病前期、糖尿病、糖尿病周围神经病变、糖尿病自主神经病变、糖尿病血管病变、糖尿病足、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病合并泌尿系统感染等患者中的应用现状,并提出目前艾灸治疗在临床应用中面临的诸多问题。

At present ,the epidemic of diabetes and its complications cause serious damage to people＇s health,and searching for a simple and effectivity treatment of diabetes is one of the important problem that we need to solve.Many clinical studies have confirmed that the moxibustion for prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications plays an important role.This paper reviewed the application of moxibustion in prediabetes, diabetes, diabetes peripheral neuropathy, diabetes autonomic neuropathy, diabetes vascular lesions, diabetic foot complications ,diabetic nephropathy, diabetic urinary tract infectionsin in recent years ,and exposition the challenges of moxibustion treatment in clinical application.
