从接受主体的思想政治教育接受过程和程度来看,可以把思想政治教育接受分为四个阶段:理解阶段、认同阶段、信仰阶段、践行阶段。四个阶段是阶梯上升、递进发展的,它们之间相互影响、相互作用,辩证统一于思想政治教育接受过程之中。思想政治教育就是要帮助推进接受主体对主流意识形态和价值观念的理解、认同、信仰和践行。

The accepting process of ideological and political education can be divided into four stages：understanding,identity,belief and practice from the perspective of the accepting process and degree.The four stages are stepping up and progressively developing,and they are mutually influenced and interacted among themselves,which dialectically united in the accepting process of ideological and political education.The ideological and political education is to help promote the acceptance subject to understand,accept,believe and practice the mainstream ideology and values constantly.
