Learning to Understand and Implementing the Spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress,and Attempting to Compose a New Chapter in the New Era of the Tibetan Higher Education being Committed to the Prosperous and Development of Tibet

学懂弄通做实党的十九大精神是当前和今后一个时期首要政治任务。文章从树牢"四个意识"、强化责任担当,层层传达学习、人人学深学透,强化内外宣传、凝聚强大共识,融入思政教育、推动"三进"工作,发挥智库作用、主动服务决策等八个方面就做好西藏高校学习宣传贯彻十九大精神工作提出了相关建议。

It is the most important political task at present and in the near future to learn to understand the spirit the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Therefore, the author puts forward some suggestions on the study, propagation and implementation of the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress in the universities and colleges of Tibet, such as establishing consciousness, strengthening responsibility, communicating and learning, reinforcing propaganda, building consensus, integrating into the ideological and political education, exerting the role of think-tank, actively servicing decisions, etc.
