哈汽600MW超临界机组主汽门阀盖泄漏治理

超临界机组主汽门阀盖发生蒸汽泄漏,威胁机组安全运行,本文利用三菱主汽门设计结构特点对高温泄漏蒸汽进行集中引流,消除蒸汽外漏,回收了工质,避免机组停运。同时对同类型水平安装的主汽阀泄漏的原因进行分析,提出了主汽门安装工艺的几项重点要求,为同类型机组主汽门阀盖漏汽问题的预防和处理提供借鉴。
