摘要
超临界机组主汽门阀盖发生蒸汽泄漏,威胁机组安全运行,本文利用三菱主汽门设计结构特点对高温泄漏蒸汽进行集中引流,消除蒸汽外漏,回收了工质,避免机组停运。同时对同类型水平安装的主汽阀泄漏的原因进行分析,提出了主汽门安装工艺的几项重点要求,为同类型机组主汽门阀盖漏汽问题的预防和处理提供借鉴。
The steam leakage of the main valve valve cover of supercritical unit, threaten the safe operation of the unit, use the main valve design structure to drain the steam, eliminate the steam outleakage, and avoid the unit shutdown. At the same time, the reason of main steam valve leakage is analyzed, several key requirements of main valve installation process are put for- ward, which can provide reference for the same type of unit.k
