低成本制造48M烧结钕铁硼永磁材料的配分与工艺研究

摘要 设计了添加稀土Ho取代稀土Dy的单合金配分,并采用熔炼、氢破碎、气流磨、密封压制成形、低温烧结的工艺研究方案,最终以低成本制备了高磁能积的48M(NdFeB380/107)烧结钕铁硼永磁材料产品。其中气流磨采用低压研磨法,减少了富Nd相的损失,并降低了磁粉粒度。 The single alloy composition was designed by adding rare earth Ho to replace rare earth Dy,and the technology research scheme of melting,hydrogen decrepitation,jet mill grinding,seal press forming and low temperature sintering was employed.Finally,48 M(NdFeB380/107)sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic material with high magnetic energy product was producted at a low cost.The jet mill grinding is low pressure grinding to reduce the loss of Nd-rich phase and the particle size of the magnetic powder.
