摘要
采用晶间合金化方式制备了不同Ti含量的烧结(PrNd)_(29.8)Tb_1Dy_(0.2)Cu_(0.5)Al_(0.2)Co_(1.5)B_(0.99)Ti_xFe(x=0~0.8)磁体,研究了其微观组织、磁性能以及力学性能。研究结果表明,Ti的添加能有效细化磁体晶粒;适量添加Ti可提高磁体的内禀矫顽力及方形度,但会降低磁体剩磁及最大磁能积;添加Ti会降低磁体的抗弯强度,对磁体的硬度则基本无影响。
Sintered(PrNd)29.8Tb1Dy0.2Cu0.5Al0.2Co1.5B0.99TixFe(x=00.8)magnets with different Ti content were prepared by intergranular alloying,and their microstructure,magnetic properties and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the magnet grain can be effectively refined by adding Ti.The proper addition of Ti can improve intrinsic coercivity force and squareness of the magnets,but decrease the remanence and maximum magnetic energy product.Furthermore,Ti addition can decrease the bending strength of the magnets without no obvious effect on their hardness.
