超声波辅助水提取淡竹叶黄酮和固形物的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用超声波辅助提取法,对淡竹叶总黄酮和固形物得率的工艺条件进行研究。以水为提取溶剂,通过单因素试验研究提取温度、提取时间、超声功率、料液比以及提取次数等对淡竹叶黄酮得率和固形物得率的影响。在单因素的基础上,通过正交试验对超声波辅助提取淡竹叶黄酮和固形物的工艺进行优化。结果表明:超声波辅助提取淡竹叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为提取时间40 min,料液比1∶20,超声温度70℃,超声频率40 k Hz。在此最佳工艺条件下总黄酮得率为1.23%。超声波辅助提取固形物的最佳工艺条件为提取时间50 min,料液比1∶40,超声温度70℃,超声频率50 k Hz。在此最佳工艺条件下固形物得率为13.15%。 Using the ultrasonic-assisted extraction method , the process of extracting total flavones and solids from leaves of Phyllostachys glauca was studied .With water as extraction solvent,the effects of extraction temperature ,extraction time,ultrasonic power ,ratio of solid to liquid and extraction times on the yield of total flavones and solid content were studied .On the base of the single factor experiments , the optimal extracting conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments .The results showed that the optimum parameters for the extraction of total flavones were:ultrasonic extraction time 40 min,extraction temperature 70℃,ratio of solid to liquid 1:20,and ultrasonic power 40 kHz.Under these conditions ,the yield of total flavones was 1 .23%.The optimum parameters for the extraction of solids were:ultrasonic extraction time 50 min,extraction temperature 70℃,ratio of solid to liquid 1:40,and ultrasonic power 50 kHz.Under these conditions,the yield of solid was 13.15%.
