竹林土壤微生物多样性及其作用研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 土壤微生物是保持土壤生物活性的重要组成部分,它能敏锐地反映土壤状况。竹林具有竹种单一、林相结构简单、经营强度大等特点,这些特性严重影响竹林土壤微生物群落结构和多样性变化。本文回顾国内外关于竹林生态系统土壤微生物的研究的主要工作,阐述了竹林微生物在土壤中的研究现状,主要包括竹林土壤质量退化类型、土壤微生物多样性、土壤微生物生物量以及土壤微生物的作用,并提出了开展微生物修复技术、植物-微生物复合修复等若干需进一步研究的建议,为竹林生态系统土壤生态修复提供理论和技术参考。 Soil microorganism is an important component to maintain soil biological activity . The changes of soil microorganism can reflect soil condition sensitively .Bamboo forests are characterized by monoculture ,simple structure and intensive management ,which seriously affect their structure and diversity of soil microbial communities .In this paper,the research work of soil microorganism in bamboo forest ecosystem at home and abroad was reviewed , and the present research status of bamboo forest soil microorganisms was expatiated ,including the types of soil quality degradation , soil microbial diversity , soil microbial biomass and its function in bamboo forest soil .It is suggested that future studies should be conducted in the aspects of microbial remediation technology , plant-microbial remediation and so on .This may provide some theoretical and technical references for the ecological restoration of bamboo forest ecosystem .
