摘要
用阳离子化壳聚糖和羧甲基纤维素利用聚电解质复合的原理对轻质碳酸钙PCC填料进行改性。考察了阳离子化壳聚糖和羧甲基纤维素的用量比例、搅拌速度、搅拌时间对PCC改性效果的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,通过响应面法优化得出最佳的工艺条件:CMC/CCS为2.9,搅拌速度540r/min,搅拌时间15.5min,此时覆膜率为5.42%。最后对比分析了改性前后PCC的粒径大小和填料颗粒的微观聚集状态,并探讨改性PCC对填料留着率及再造烟叶纸基物理性能的影响。结果表明:改性后PCC颗粒形成了紧密的包覆结构,粒径增大,留着性能更好。
The precipitated calcium carbonate( PCC),a filler used in papermaking,was modified with cationic chitosan and carboxymethyl cellulose by polyelectrolyte combination. The effects of stirring speed,stirring time and proportion of cationic chitosan and carboxymethyl cellulose on the modification of PCC were investigated. On the basis of single factor experiment,the optimum process conditions are obtained as: CMC/CCS 2. 9,stirring speed540 r/min,mixing time 15. 5 min. The film coating rate could reach 5. 42%. Finally,the particle size of PCC and the microscopic aggregation state of filler particles were compared and analyzed. The influence of modified PCC on filler retention and the physical properties of reconstituted tobacco paper base was investigated. The results show that the modified PCC particles form a compact coating structure with increased particle size and improved retention properties.
