摘要
分析比较了不同木浆打浆前后的纤维分布特点、打浆质量及造纸法再造烟叶的多项物理性质,以了解外加纤维配比对造纸法再造烟叶物理性质的影响。在不改变现有生产设备和工艺的前提下,当针叶木与阔叶木的绝干质量比为6:4时,比单纯使用针叶木纤维,外加纤维和烟浆纤维具有更好的尺寸匹配性,上网浆料匀度获得改善,产品的松厚度提升4.7%,絮团指数下降4.5%,基片整体物理性质获得有效改善。
The wood fiber distribution characteristics,the quality of the refining pulp before and after refining,and different physical properties of reconstituted tobacco sheets were analyzed respectively in order to understand the effect of the composition of added fiber on the physical properties of reconstituted tobacco sheets. The mixing of soft wood fiber and hard wood fiber at a dry mass 6∶ 4 led to a better dimensional matching of the additional fiber and tobacco fiber than when pure soft wood fiber was used while maintaining the equipments and technologies. The formation of pulp on wire section was improved obviously,and the bulk of base sheet increased by 4. 7%. The coagulating index was decreased by 4. 5%,and the comprehensive physical properties of base sheet were significantly improved.
