造纸法再造烟叶填充值与湿度、平衡含水率关系

Relationship between Filling Value and Moisture Content of Tobacco Leaves

为了改善填充值数据可比性,寻找出较佳的工艺条件,通过控制湿度大小,对再造烟叶平衡含水率与填充值的关系进行研究,建立了两者之间的线性关系。一元线性回归结果表明两者相关性显著。通过实验验证,理论值与实测值相对误差的绝对值均小于1%,表明了回归方程的可行性。

In order to improve the comparability of the filling value and to get an optimal processing condition,the relationship between the moisture in reconstituted tobacco content and filling value was investigated by control the size of humidity,and the linear relationship between them was established. The regression results demonstrated a good correlation. The modulus of relative error between the theoretical and measured values were less than 1%.
