索氏提取技术在造纸法再造烟叶提取率测定中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 采用索氏提取技术,通过测定梗、末原料配方及生产线提取后梗、末的极限提取率,计算生产线的原料的提取率,并将结果与常规水浴提取进行比较。同时分析了索氏提取浓缩液的致香物质成分。结果显示:是否粉碎对梗配方的极限提取率影响较大;索氏提取对于热水可溶物的提取率明显要高于常规水浴提取,差值约0.01;索氏提取的提取液的可分析致香物质达到15种。因此,索氏提取技术对于造纸法再造烟叶提取率的准确测定更有说服力。 The Soxhlet extraction was adopted to determine the composition of the stem and scraps and the limit extraction rate of the raw materials after extraction in production line,and the extraction rate of production line was calculated. The results were compared with those obtained by conventional water bath extraction. The aromatic components of Soxhlet extraction concentrate were also analyzed. The results showed that smash or not affects the ultimate extraction rate of the stem formula. The extraction rate of Soxhlet extraction for hot water soluble substances is obviously higher than that of conventional water bath extraction,the difference is about 0. 01; the number of aromatic compounds of the extracted liquid by Soxhlet extraction can reach 15. Therefore,the Soxhlet extraction is more convincing for accurate determination of extraction rate of reconstituted tobacco sheet.
