摘要
采用水分散聚合技术,以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺为单体,以硫酸铵水溶液为反应介质,合成了具有良好流动性和稳定性的水分散型两性聚丙烯酰胺。分析了水分散两性污泥脱水剂作用于造纸污泥的效果。结果表明,石灰投加量在12%,药剂加量在6kg/t时,药剂复配性价比最佳。
Amphoteric polyacrylamide dispersions with good fluidity and stability are synthesized by water dispersion polymerization in aqueous ammonium sulfate as the reaction medium using 2-methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride( DMC),acrylic acid and acrylamide as copolymerizing monomers. The dehydrating property of amphoteric polyacrylamide dispersion and commercially available products on the papermaking sludge is investigated in detail. The results indicated that the amphoteric polyacrylamide dispersion presented the best efficiency when the dosage of lime and amphoteric dispersion is 12% and 6 kg/t,respectively.
