摘要
为解决AKD水解问题,对AKD的乳化工艺进行了改进。通过一步法制备工艺,将AKD与乳化剂以及施胶淀粉一起熬制,在线添加,省去了AKD乳液制备过程中高速剪切、均质等步骤。对一步法的工艺进行了优化。结果表明:AKD与乳化剂质量百分数为15%,乳化剂占AKD比例的9%,乳化温度为75℃,搅拌时间为20min时,纸页的抗水性能达到最优。
The technique of emulsification was improved in order to solve the hydrolysis of AKD. AKD,emulsifying agent and starch for surface sizing were added to the tank for starch gelatinization by one-step process. Then the mixture were added online directly. The process of high speed shearing and ultra-high pressure homogenization were thus omitted. The one-step process was optimized. The results show that the water-resistance of sheet achieved the ideal performance under the optimized condition,i. e.,the content of AKD and emulsifying agent 15%,the emulsifier dosage 9%,the temperature for emulsification 75℃,and stirring time 20 min.
