NMMO预处理制备微纳米纤维素及其在纸页增强中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 通过N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)溶液(水质量分数20%)对木浆原纤维预处理结合高速搅拌制备微纳米纤维素(MNC),并利用两种打浆度(未打浆15°SR和45°SR)的漂白针叶木浆分别与所制备的MNC混合抄造纸页,分析MNC用量对磨浆能耗与纸页强度性能的影响。结果表明,随着MNC用量从0%提高到20%,打浆度为15°SR抄造的纸页的抗张强度、耐破度、裂断长均明显增强,增强的比例分别为592.4%、276%、662.3%,耐折度最高可以达到763次。SEM观察表明,添加MNC使得纸页结构更加紧密。 Micro nano-cellulose( MNC) was prepared by N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide( NMMO,20 % by mass)pretreatment and high-speed stirring on wood-pulp fibrils. Then the MNC was mixed with two kinds of bleached softwood pulp( 15 °SR and 45 °SR) to fabricate the paper. The effect of MNC dosage on the refining energy and the strength of the paper was analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength,bursting strength and breaking length of 15 ° SR paper are significantly enhanced when the MNC dosage increases to 20% from 0%,and the respective enhancement ratios are 592. 4%,276%,and 662. 3 %,respectively. Furthermore,the highest folding can achieve 763 times. The addition of MNC results in more compact paper structure through the observation by SEM.
