摘要
配制了一系列具有水果保鲜功能的瓦楞纸箱表面涂饰化学品。首先在理想密闭容器中通过正交试验,研究微环境中气体成分的变化,确定出最优的化学品配方,再在实际纸箱环境下测试保鲜涂料对于苹果的保鲜效果,结果显示保鲜涂料的配方为:高锰酸钾用量6.7g/m^2、苯甲酸钠用量为1.3g/m^2,pH值为4。该涂料对苹果有较好的保鲜效果。
The surface finishing chemicals,used in corrugated boxes to keep fruits fresh,were formulated. Firstly,the optimal formulation was confirmed by orthogonal experiments in the airtight container. Then the effect of surface finishing chemicals on fruits freshment was determined in the practical boxenvironment. The formulation of the coting is： the dosage of potassium permanganate 6. 7 g/m^2,sodium benzoate 1. 3 g/m^2,p H 4.
