摘要
针对220 kV输电线路双分裂导线带电更换绝缘子工作没有合适作业工具,只能进行等电位带电作业的问题,研制了一种双分裂导线提线工具,作业人员在杆塔上可利用该工具完成更换直线绝缘子工作。该工具的应用使等电位带电作业成功转换为地电位带电作业,缩短工作时间,减轻劳动强度,而且显著提高工作安全性。
Because there is no suitable tool for replacing insulators during live-line working for the 220 kV double-bundle transmission lines,the equipotential operation is the only way to carry out this job.To solve the problem,a new line-extracting tool is proposed and developed.Operating workers can replace insulators with ground potential by using the new tool.The way to replace insulators is changed from equipotential operation to ground potential operation,which can not only shorten working time and greatly reduce the labor intensity,but also improve the safety significantly.
