摘要
为在配电网规划中合理选择电压等级,提出模糊物元法进行电压等级优选。通过层次分析法对电压等级评价指标进行权重排序,并从电网安全、经济、可靠3个一级指标体系进行综合评价,全面分析不同电网分布模式下的电压等级优选,并对蓬莱市电压等级进行综合评价,研究结果对电网电压等级选择具有一定指导意义。
In this paper,the fuzzy matter-element method of the voltage grade choice is proposed in the construction of distribution network.By hierarchical analysis,the index weight of voltage grade evaluation is determined,and comprehensive evaluation considering of the grid security,economic and reliable analyze comprehensive optimization under different distribution patterns of grid,and the corresponding conclusion is concluded by analyzing the voltage grade of Penglai city,which has a certain guiding significance for grid construction.
