摘要
余热锅炉是IGCC电站联合循环重要的能量设备,实际运行中经常处于启停状态,工况变化幅度较大。通过动态模拟的方法,对余热锅炉停机曲线进行模拟研究。机组停机过程中,余热锅炉相关参数随燃机负荷的降低而降低,但有一定的滞后性。锅炉停炉过程中,各处受热面受热不均、温度不一样,将会出现收缩不均、导致温差应力出现。受余热锅炉受热和承压部件热应力的制约,燃机停机应结合余热锅炉需要控制甩负荷的速度。
Heat recovery steam generator is a very important energy equipment used in Integrated-Gasification-Combined-Cycle power plant.Its operating condition switches between on and off frequently during actual operation.In this research,dynamic simulation of the heat recovery steam generator is carried out for examining the shutdown curves.The result shows that related parameters of the heat recovery steam generator during shutdown progress decrease with the reducing of gas turbine load,but with some delay.Temperature stress occurs due to uneven heating during shutdown progress.Hence,the load rejection speed of gas turbine shall be controlled to satisfy the need of heat recovery steam generator protection.
