VLGC低温碳锰钢T型材矫直工艺的改进

摘要 8.3万t超大型全冷式液化气船上80%以上的T型材的材质为低温碳锰钢。低温碳锰钢T型材在制作过程中容易产生变形,而传统的火工矫正存在着火工温度难控制、辅助人员多等诸多不利因素。改进的矫直工艺采用T型材矫直机对T型材变形进行物理矫直,取得了较好的效果。
