仙游县居民胃癌死亡率与饮用水污染的关系

Study on the relationship between gastric cancer mortality and the contamination of drinking water in Xianyou County

目的分析仙游县居民胃癌死亡率与其居民饮用水污染的关系,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法分析仙游县消化道恶性肿瘤死因调查资料和县CDC提供的水质监测结果,并采样对水体污染状况进行检测。结果分散式供水中,高发区总硬度、氟化物、氨氮和砷较高,氯化物较低,细菌学指标超标严重;集中式供水中,超标率最高的是砷。分散式供水胃癌高发区水质项目总超标率(8.7%)高于低发区(5.9%);集中式供水胃癌高发区水质项目总超标率(17.6%)也高于低发区(12.4%)。结论仙游县胃癌的高死亡率可能与饮用水水质污染有关。

Objective To study the relationship between the contamination of drinking water and gastric cancer mortality in Xianyou County for making the intervention measures.Methods The data of death causes of digestive system cancer and surveillance data of drinking water from Xianyou CDC were analyzed,and the contamination of samples of drinking water were detected.Results The detection values of total hardness,fluoride,ammonia nitrogen and arsenic were higher and chloride was lower in high incidence area of gastric cancer,and bacteriological index exceed standard seriously in decentralized water supply system.The highest exceeding standard rate was arsenic value in centralized water supply system.The total exceeding standard rate of water quality index in decentralized water supply system in high incidence area of gastric cancer（8.7%）was higher than that in low incidence area（5.9%）.The total exceeding standard rate of water quality index in centralized water supply system in high incidence area of gastric cancer（17.6%）also was higher than that in low incidence area（12.4%）.Conclusion The high mortality of gastric cancer in Xianyou County may be associated with the contamination of drinking water.
