农村入户盗窃案件高发的原因分析及对策研究——以甘肃省庆阳市农村为例

The Analysis and Measure Study of High Incidence of Household Theft Case in West Rural Areas——Study of QingYang City,GanSu Province

入户盗窃案件是影响农村地区社会稳定和财产安全的一大隐患。通过对甘肃省庆阳市农村地区入户盗窃案件的调查和分析,发现农村入户盗窃普遍存在居民住宅布局不合理,住宅结构安全性能差、被盗居民成分以老年人居多等特点。要防范此类案件的高发,必须重点从居民区建设以及住宅结构软硬件建设、法律宣传及教育、刑事打击及创新社会管理进行完善。

Burglary cases cause lots of damage to personal property and social stability in rural area. There are some characteristics of the residential situation in rural area of QingYang City, Gansu Provence. Such as illogical distribution and poor safety of residential buildings, and high riskes of old people becoming victims. In this essay, we mainly analyze construction and distribution of residential buildings, education and propaganda of the local law, the fight against crime and innovative management of society, hoping giving some useful advise to help local government to improve the situation.
