中国特色公职律师制度是建设社会主义法治国家、法治政府进程中一项十分重要的司法配套制度,从司法实践来看,现有的公职律师制度诚点模式主要有广州、厦门、扬州、周村等模式,但诸模式却存在缺乏相应的制度布局、缺乏科学有效的监管机制、公职律师待遇较低等问题。所以应从完善制度布局、明确工作职责范围、建立科学合理的监管机制、提高公职律师报酬及待遇等途径来优化中国特色公职律师制度。

The system of public office lawyers with Chinese characteristics is a very important system of judicial support in the process of building a socialist country ruled by law and a government under the rule of law. Judging from judicial practice, the existing system of public office lawyers mainly includes Guangzhou, Xiamen, Yangzhou and Zhoucun. However, there are some problems such as the lack of COiTesponding institutional arrangements, the lack of a scientific and effective regulatory mechanism and the low pay of public-lawyers. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the system of public office lawyers with Chinese characteristics by improving the system layout, clarifying the scope of work responsibilities, standardizing the management mechanism, and improving the remuneration and treatment of public office lawyers.
