摘要
随着环保问题日益突出,节省能源、提高能源利用效率成为整个社会的共识。在炼油装置中,加热炉是耗能大户,加热炉的加热效率直接影响炼油装置的效率,也影响最终产品的质量。文章围绕降低排烟温度、降低过剩空气因子、减少炉壁散热损失和不完全燃烧等影响加热炉热效率的关键因素,从工艺、设计、设备、操作、管理等方面提出提高加热炉热效率的改进措施。
With the increasingly prominent problems of environmental protection in recent years, energy conservation and energy efficiency have become the consensus of the whole society. In the refinery, the furnace is a large energy consumer, and the heating efficiency of furnace directly affects the efficiency of the refinery, and also the quality of the final product. In this paper, some suggestions are put forward to improve the heating efficiency of furnace in aspects of process, design, equipment, operation and management based on the key affecting factors for efficiency of heating furnace, such as reducing the exhaust gas temperature, reducing the excess air coefficient, and reducing the heat loss and incomplete combustion of the furnace wall.
