摘要
利用基于次声波的智能泄漏检测系统(ILDS)对汽油长输管道的泄漏进行实时检测和定位,以提高汽油长输管道的安全运行等级;采用泄放头模拟泄漏点的方式测试了ILDS的泄漏检测功能。结果表明:ILDS能够有效地对泄漏次声波信号进行检测和降噪处理;ILDS对泄漏的响应时间小于50 s,能迅速检测到泄漏的发生;声波传感器布控范围内,ILDS的泄漏定位误差小于50 m。该ILDS可以对汽油长输管道的泄漏实现实时检测和准确定位。
The infrasound- based Intelligent Leakage Detection System (ILDS) is used to conduct real -time inspection and positioning for the leakages of certain gasoline long - distance pipeline so as to improve the safety operation level of long - distance gasoline pipelines. ILDS leak detection was tested with a bleed - head simulation of leaks.
