咳喘六味合剂治疗风寒犯肺感染后咳嗽与小青龙合剂等效性随机平行对照研究

Equivalence Random Parallel Control Study of the Kechuangliuwei Mixture to Treat the PostInfection Cough of Wind-Cold Invading Lung Type with Xiaoqinglong Mixture

[目的]观察咳喘六味合剂治疗风寒犯肺感染后咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将130例患者按就诊顺序随机分两组。对照组63例小青龙合剂,10mL/次,3次/d。治疗组67例咳喘六味合剂(麻黄、附子、细辛、黄芩、虎耳草、桃仁按比例组成),10mL/次,3次/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽积分、中医症候积分、VAS评分、LCQ评分、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制4例,显效45例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率88.10%;对照组临床控制3例,显效44例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率87.30%;两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。咳嗽积分、中医症候积分、VAS评分、LCQ评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),咳嗽积分、LCQ评分改善组间无明显差异(P>0.05),中医症候积分、VAS评分改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]咳喘六味合剂治疗风寒犯肺型感染后咳嗽,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,与小青龙合剂具有等效性,值得推广。

[Objective] To explore clinical effect of the Kechuangliuwei mixture to treat the post-infection cough of wind-cold invading lung type. [Methods] Using equivalence random parallel control study method.To divided 130 cases which conform to the criteria into two groups. The control group with 63 cases use xiaoqinglong mixture,10 mL/time, 3 times/day. The treatment group with 67 cases use kechuangliuwei mixture（made of mahuang, fuzhi, xixin, huangqin,huercao,taoren in proportion） 10 mL/time, 3 times/day.Continuous treatment of ten days is to be 1 course of treatment. To observe clinical symptoms, cough score,Chinese medicine symptom integral, VAS score, LCQ score, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of one treatment course, judge curative effect. [Result] Clinical control 4 cases in treatment group, 45 cases marked effect, 10 cases effect, 8 cases no effect, the total effective rate was 88.10%. Control group clinical control3 cases, 44 cases marked effect, 8 cases effect, 8 cases no effect, the total effective rate was 87.30%. No significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Cough score, TCM symptom score, VAS score and LCQ score improved in both groups（P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference between cough score and LCQ score（P〈0.05）. TCM symptom score and VAS score improved in treatment group In the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] There is a definite clinical effect of kechuangliuwei mixture to treat the post-infection cough of wind-cold invading lung type, and no serious adverse reactions. So it is worthy of promotion and application.
