中医综合干预联合唑来磷酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Parallel Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Zoledronic Acid in the Treatment of Bone Metastasis of Malignant Tumor

[目的]观察中医综合干预联合唑来磷酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例住院患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分两组。对照组44例唑来磷酸4mg+0.9%生理盐水100mL,静滴,时间≥15min,在治疗第1d、第28d给药两次。治疗组44例针刺+穴位按压+拔罐和刮痧+中药汤剂+饮食调理;唑来磷酸治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛评分、生活质量、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]疼痛评分两组均有明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01);生活质量评分两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]中医综合干预联合唑来磷酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the TCM Comprehensive intervention combined with zoledronic acid in treatment of bone metastasis of malignant tumors. [Methods] Eighty-nine inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment using random parallel control method. The control group of 44 cases of zoledronic acid 4 mg＋0.9% saline 100 mL, intravenous infusion, time ≥15 min, in the first day of treatment, 28 d administration twice. Treatment group 44 cases of acupuncture＋acupressure＋cupping and scraping＋Chinese medicine decoction＋diet conditioning; zoledronic acid treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, pain scores,quality of life, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The pain scores were significantly lower in both groups（P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.01）. The quality of life scores improved（P〈0.05, P〈0.01） The improvement was better than the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Comprehensive intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of malignant bone metastasis, satisfactory results, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
