温肾化痰方联合阿托伐他汀治疗脾肾阳虚高脂血症随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Trial of Warming Kidney and Resolving Phlegm combined with Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency and Hyperlipidemia

[目的]观察温肾化痰方联合阿托伐他汀治疗脾肾阳虚高脂血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组40例阿托伐他汀,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组40例温肾化痰方,1剂/d,早晚温服;阿托伐他汀治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、中医证候评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(60d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%;对照组显效12例,有效23例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。中医证候积分两组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C两组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]温肾化痰方联合阿托伐他汀治疗脾肾阳虚高脂血症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] to observe the curative effect of warming kidney and resolving phlegm prescription combined with atorvastatin on spleen kidney yang deficiency hyperlipemia. [Methods] using random parallel control method, 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the number of sick patients.The control group consisted of 40 patients with atorvastatin, 10 mg/times, and 1 times/d. The treatment group of 40 cases of wenshenhuatan, 1 agent/d, sooner or later the day; atorvastatin treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 60 d was the 1 course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）, TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were observed. The course of treatment was 1（60 d）,and the curative effect was determined. [Results] 20 cases were effective in the treatment group, 18 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 95%; the control group was markedly effective in 12 cases, effective in 23 cases, ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 87.50%; the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. The scores of TCM syndromes were improved in the two groups（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were improved in the two groups（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] the curative effect of warming kidney and resolving phlegm formula combined with atorvastatin in treating spleen kidney yang deficiency and hyperlipemia is satisfactory, and there is no serious adverse reaction. It is worth popularizing.
