辨证分型联合卡托普利治疗高血压随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Control Study of Syndrome Differentiation combined with Kato Pury in Treatment of Hypertension

[目的]观察辨证分型联合卡托普利治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例卡托普利,25mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组45例辨证分型(肝阳上亢-滋养肝肾、平肝潜阳,阴阳两虚-滋阴助阳,肝肾阴虚-滋补肝肾,痰浊内蕴-平肝息风、祛痰、祛湿除燥,瘀血阻滞-活血化瘀);卡托普利同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、生活质量评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(1个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率97.78%;对照组显效20例,有效13例,无效12例,总有效率73.33%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。血压、生活质量评分两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]辨证分型联合卡托普利治疗高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the efficacy of syndrome differentiation combined with kato pury in the treatment of hypertension. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the dice method. The control group consisted of 45 patients with captopril, 25 mg/times, and 3 times/d orally. The treatment group of 45 cases of syndrome differentiation（hyperactivity of liver Yang-nourishing liver and kidney, calming liver Yang, deficiency of Yin and Yang-two Yin and Yang, yin deficiency of liver and kidney-nourishing liver and kidney, phlegm, phlegm and dampness removing-pingganxifeng dryness, blood stasis and blood stasis）; control group with captopril.Continuous treatment for 1 months is the 1 course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, blood pressure,quality of life score and adverse reactions were observed. The course of treatment was 1 months（1 months）,and the curative effect was determined. [results] 30 cases were effective in the treatment group, 14 cases were effective, 1 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.78%; the control group was markedly effective in 20 cases, effective in 13 cases, ineffective in 12 cases, the total effective rate was 73.33%; the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Blood pressure and quality of life score were improved in the two groups（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] the treatment of hypertension with syndrome differentiation combined with Kato Pury has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reaction. It is worth popularizing.
