强心方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀饮停慢性心力衰竭随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Control Study of Qiangxin Formula combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Due to Stagnation of Qi and Blood Stasis and Phlegm Retention

[目的]观察强心方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀饮停慢性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组。对照组75例培哚普利,4mg/次,1次/d,口服;美托洛尔,23.75mg/次,1次/d,口服;安体舒通,20mg/次,1次/d,口服;如无特殊禁忌,三种药物联合应用。治疗组75例强心方,100mL/次,早饭前晚饭后服用;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、生活质量评分、中医证候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(4周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例,有效37例,无效7例,总有效率90.67%;对照组显效20例,有效36例,无效19例,总有效率74.67%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。明尼苏达量表评分治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]强心方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀饮停型慢性心力衰竭,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the Qiangxin formula combined with western medicine in treating Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm retenrion decoction curative effect of chronic heart failure. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 150 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 75 cases of perindopril, 4 mg/time, 1 time/d,metoprolol, 23.75 mg/time, 1 time/d, antisterone, 20 mg/time, 1 time/d, oral; if no special taboos, three drug combination. The treatment group of 75 cases of Qiangxin formula,100 mL/time, before breakfast meals and after diner meals; western medicine treatment with the control group.4 weeks of continuous treatment for 1 course of clinical observation. The symptoms, quality of life score,adverse reactions of TCM symptoms and untoward effect. 1 courses of treatment（4 weeks）. [Result] 31 cases of the treatment group, the curative effect, 37 cases effective, 7 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 90.67%;20 cases of control group,the curative effect, 36 cases effective, 19 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of74.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better in the control group（P〈0.05）. The minnesota score of treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The Qiangxin formula combined with western medicine in treating Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm retention type of chronic heart failure, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
