半夏白术天麻汤联合倍他司汀治疗痰浊中阻眩晕随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Control Study of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Duloxetine in the Treatment of Turbid Phlegm and Middle Obstruction Vertigo

[目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤联合倍他司汀治疗痰浊中阻眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例门诊患者按就抛硬币方法随机分为两组。对照组88例倍他司汀,6mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组92例半夏白术天麻汤(法半夏、白术各15g,天麻、陈皮、生姜各10g,茯苓15g,甘草5g,大枣5枚),水煎400mL,1剂/d,2次/d,口服;倍他司汀治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程(30d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈30例,显效17例,有效31例,无效14例,总有效率84.69%;对照组痊愈21例,显效11例,有效26例,无效30例,总有效率65.91%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]半夏白术天麻汤联合倍他司汀治疗痰浊中阻眩晕,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with duloxetine in the treatment of phlegm turbidity obstructing vertigo. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 180 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to tossing a coin. The control group consisted of 90 patients, 6 mg/times, 3 times/d, orally. The treatment group of 90 cases of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction（Fabanxia, Baizhu each15 g, Tianma, Chenpi, Shengjiang each 10 g, Fuling 15 g, Gancao5 g,Dazao 5）, decoction 400 mL, 1 doses of/d, 2 times/d, oral; betahistine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment with 15 d was the 1 course of treatment. Clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. Continuous treatment for 1 courses（30 d）, to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group30 cases were cured, 17 cases markedly effective, 31 cases effective, 14 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 84.69%; control group 21 cases were cured, 11 cases markedly effective, 26 cases effective, 30 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 65.91%; the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with duloxetine in the treatment of phlegm turbidity obstructing vertigo has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reaction. It is worth popularizing.
