舒血宁联合基础疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中认知功能障碍(气虚血瘀)随机平行对照研究

Shuxuening combined with Basic Therapy on Ischemic Stroke Cognitive Impairment(Qixu Xueyu) Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察舒血宁联合基础疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中认知功能障碍(气虚血瘀)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按住院号抽签法随机分为两组。对照组60例多奈哌齐+功能训练(定向力、计算力、记忆力、语言、解决问题能力)。治疗组60例舒血宁10mL+5%葡萄糖250mL,1次/d,静滴;多奈哌齐+功能训练同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、定向力、计算力、记忆力、语言、解决问题能力、事件相关电位、MoCA评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(2个月),判定疗效。[结果]N2潜伏期、P3潜伏期两组均降低(P<0.01),治疗组降低多于对照组(P<0.01);N2波幅、P3波幅两组均增加(P<0.01),治疗组增加多于对照组(P<0.01);MoCA评分两组均有增加(P<0.01),治疗组增加多于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]舒血宁联合基础疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中认知功能障碍(气虚血瘀),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Shuxuening combined therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke（Qixu Xueyu） the curative effect of cognitive dysfunction. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 120 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to hospitalization number drawing method. The control group consisted of 60 cases of donepezil＋functional training（orientation, computational power, memory, language, problem-solving ability）. The treatment group of 60 cases of Shuxuening 10 mL＋5% glucose 250 mL, 1 time/d, intravenous drip; donepezil＋function training with the control group. Continuous treatment for 2 months for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, directional force, computational power,memory, language, problem-solving ability, event-related potential, MoCA score, adverse reactions. After 1 courses of treatment（2 months）, the curative effect was determined. [Result] N2 latency and the latency of P3 in two groups were decreased（P〈0.01）, the treatment group decreased more than the control group（P〈0.01）;N2 amplitude, P3 amplitude of two groups were increased（P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）; the MoCA scores of the two groups were increased（P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）. The treatment of ischemic stroke cognitive dysfunction. [Conclusion] Shuxuening combined with basic therapy（Qixu Xueyu）, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
