多发性脂肪瘤归属"痰核""肉瘤"范畴,为脾失健运,痰湿内生,气血凝滞,蕴于皮下。痰湿阻络日久,可致血瘀。祛瘤汤:胆南星15g,陈皮10g,白芥子、半夏各15g,穿山甲、皂角刺、三棱、莪术各10g,乳香、没药各5g。痰湿阻络,包块多发,瘤体较小,泛布周身,串串如珠,单用祛瘤汤;肝气乘脾,包块多发,瘤体较小,质稍硬,有触痛,合逍遥散;痰湿夹瘀,多病期较长,包块多发,瘤体较小,质地较韧,有刺痛,合桃红饮;气虚痰湿,多病期较长,包块多发,瘤体较大,质软如棉,基地较宽,无触痛,喜温喜按,伴少气懒言,体倦乏力,精神疲惫,合香砂六君子汤。附脾虚痰湿内停多发性脂肪瘤验案1则。
