摘要
数控车床用于车轴粗加工需要严格控制毛坯尺寸,主要原因是批量生产时,数控车床加工程序是固定的,不可能按照每个工件的加工余量做调整。若毛坯尺寸不规范,很容易出现超载现象,给设备带来伤害。根据数控车床在车轴粗加工过程中存在的问题,给出了切削功率的几种计算方法,特别是利用切削功率经验公式,可以及时发现设备超负荷现象,采取行之有效的维护保养策略。
Axle rough machining of blank dimensions must be strictly controlled in the process of CNC lathe machining. The main reason is that mass production, CNC lathe processing program is fixed, can't do adjustment according to the machining allowance of each workpiece. If the blank size is not standard, it is easy to appear overload, bring damage to equipment. According to the problems existing in the rough machining CNC lathe, several calculation methods of cutting power are given. Especially cutting power empirical formula, can timely find equipment overload phenomenon, taking effective aintenance strategy.
