基于风险—状况—响应的健康现代化100个核心指标

100 core indicators of health modernization based on health risk-health state-health response

《中国现代化报告2017》在对主要国际组织、国家和地区的健康指标进行分析比较的基础上,基于健康风险—健康状况—健康响应建立健康现代化100个核心指标,本文围绕健康现代化100个核心指标,进一步阐述其研究思路、构建过程,并对100个核心指标进行进一步的国际比较。结果表明,100个健康现代化核心指标中发达国家、世界平均和中国数据都齐全的指标共有45个,可进行国际比较的指标有30个。在这30个核心指标中,中国有18个指标超过世界平均水平,其中5个指标达到发达国家水平,3个指标接近发达国家水平。

China Modernization Report 2017 has analyzed and compared various health indicator systems of different international organizations, countries and regions, and set up 100 core indicators of health modernization based on health risk- health state-health response. This paper expounds the research approach and process of the core indicator system, and compares the indicator data in developed country, the world and China. The average level of developed country, the world and China of 45 core indicators can be collected simultaneously, of which 30 indicators can be compared internationally. 18 indicators in China have surpassed the average level of the world, of which 5 indicators have surpassed the average level of developed country, and 3 indicators are close to the average level of developed country.
