摘要
分析了马铃薯主食化的重要性和发展现状,以及存在的主要问题。并对马铃薯主食化发展提出几点思考:实现马铃薯主食产品多样化,降低主食产品价格,是推动马铃薯主食化的关键所在;保证马铃薯种植规模,确保农民种植效益,是推进马铃薯主食化的前提基础;依靠科技创新,实现节本增产、提质增效,是推进马铃薯主食化的核心内涵。
The importance, development and problems of potato as staple food grain in China were analyzed. Some thoughts were put forward. Diversifying the potato staple products and reducing the price of staple products were the keys to promote potato staple food. Ensuring the planting scale of potato and farmers 'interests were the basis of promoting potato staple food. Relying on the technological innovations which lead to increase the yield and quality was the core connotation of promoting potato staple food.
