摘要
通过对河北省农民工进行实地调研,分析了河北省新生代农民工的现状和特点,并提出了切实可行的改善其生存和发展状态的对策。
The present situation and characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers in Hebei Province are analyzed based on the field investigation, and the countermeasures of improving their survival and development are put forward.
