摘要
设计一种应用于舰船甲板上的主动红外夜视摄像系统,其独特的密封结构使其适合在复杂恶劣的环境条件下使用。通过设计实践,阐述了该防护罩的结构特点和密封、电磁兼容、散热等方面的具体解决方法,特别是密封、视窗玻璃设计等关键技术。经电磁兼容试验、环境条件试验和工程实际应用的检验,证明其具有很好的综合防护性能。
This paper introduces an active infrared night vision camera system, which is applied to the ship deck. Its unique sealing structure makes it suitable for complex and harsh environmental conditions. Based on the design practice, this paper expounds the structural characteristics and the sealing, electromagnetic compatibility, heat dissipation and other aspects of the specific solutions, especially the key technologies such as sealing and window glass design, etc.. The test of electromagnetic compatibility test, environmental test and engineering practical application prove that it has a good comprehensive protection performance.
