摘要
声呐发射机完成特定形式的电信号的功率放大,通过发射换能器将电信号转换为声信号辐射到水中。介绍了全桥拓扑结构的工作原理和基本电路结构,详细分析了高输入电压下全桥功率电路设计技术难点,完成了全桥电路设计、利用ADuM5230芯片搭建驱动电路及相关波形设计,完成功率电路的制作和调试。实验室可靠性测试表明,该全桥拓扑功率电路工作性能良好,满足设计要求。
Sonar transmitter completes the power amplification of certain forms of electrical signals. The emission transducer converts the electrical signal into sound signals and radiates into the water. This paper introduces working principle and basic circuit structure of full-bridge topology. It analyses the technical difficulties of full-bridge power circuit of high input voltage in details. It completes the design of a full-bridge power circuit, the drive circuit and related waveforms,finish the manufacture and debugging of the power circuit. The reliability tests in laboratory show that the full-bridge topology power circuit works well, the scheme is feasible and can meet the design requirements.
