摘要
随着书香校园建设的推进,高校图书馆在阅读推广上分配的人力资源显得捉襟见肘,应适当引入和培养参与阅读推广的学生团队。文章通过考察西南大学图书馆阅读推广工作坊的团队运营实践,从组织建设、活动内容、学生团队职责和教师团队职责的视角分析了该馆的运营经验,认为图书馆直接管理下的学生团队能够与教师团队一起各尽其能,共同完成传递书香校园的团队目标。同时,也对学生社团的延续性问题、评估及激励机制问题进行了反思。
With the development of campus reading,the distribution of human resources on the reading promotion of Academic Libraries seems to be too poor,so we should appropriately introduce and train the student associations to participate in reading promotion.This article investigated the operation experience of Southwestern University Library's Reading Promotion Workshop from the perspectives of organization,activities,responsibilities and duties of the teacher team and the student association.It holds that the student associations under library's direct management can do their best to complete the target of campus reading with the teacher team.At the same time,the article also reflects on the continuity,evaluation and incentive mechanism of the student associations.
