Research on the Development of University Library Consortium in the Yangtze River Delta

通过对"长三角"高校图书馆联盟的调研,剖析该联盟的发展现状、已有成果及存在的问题,借鉴国外发展较好的联盟经验,提出要政府大力主导,高校图书馆联盟主动作为,社会多方面关注和共同努力,才能把该联盟建设成为与"长三角"地区经济发展水平相匹配的高水平的、具有标杆性的跨省市高校图书馆联盟。

Through the investigation of the library consortium in Yangtze River Delta,this paper analyzes the development status,existing achievements and existing problems of the alliance.With the reference of foreign library alliances,the paper proposes that the government should take the initiative,the university consortium should take actions while the community should participate and make great efforts,thus a high-level and transprovincial benchmark alliance will be built,which can meet the local economic development of Yangtze River Delta.
